And now for the 3rd time I have closed out Jason from Tampa... oh and John from Seminole... and the list goes on and on.

Anyone else seeing this happen?

Are they re-opening on their own or are you being matched with them again and again?

This reminds me of a joke - modified a bit for romance:

A christian conservative woman who had joined eH on a whim - and who was lonely and badly wanted a romantic partner - prayed that God would send her someone that she could love and who would love her unconditionally for the rest of her life.

She was matched with a man named Jason from Tampa. However, she moved her mouse to "close" and closed his profile.

"I want God to send me a perfect match. One that I can fall deeply in love with and who will love me."

The next day she came back and looked at her matches. There was Jason from Tampa... AGAIN.

She closed him out, once again, and gritting her teeth thought to herself, "I prayed to God for someone I can fall deeply in love with, and who will love me. I don't need to talk to this Jason from Tampa guy."

The next day she looked at her matches, and once more Jason from Tampa was sitting there, staring her in the face.

In her anger she closed her eH account and joined a whole different dating site.

She spent many years of her life looking for her match, but she never found someone truly suitable, and eventually (in her 40's) married a man she felt no affection for - she died years later, a bitter, lonely, and defeated woman.

When she arrived in heaven she went straight to God's throne, and throwing her hymn book at his feet screamed at God, "GOD, WHY DID YOU FORSAKE ME? I PRAYED AND WAS GOOD TO YOU ALL OF MY LIFE! WHY COULD YOU NOT HELP ME TO MEET SOMEONE PERFECT FOR MYSELF?"

To which God replied, "Jesus!"

Jesus walked over and said to the woman, "He sent Jason from Tampa to you as a match THREE TIMES. What did you want? A burning bush?"

Are you sure you're closing them and not just archiving them? I think I read somewhere on the new archive thing that if a match is archived and then makes a change to their profile, they will then show back up as a new match.

I could be way off with this, but sometimes occams razor is true.

Nope, I was re-matched all over again to the same 17 men. EH even admitted it happened. I now have my subscription refunded and I'm walking away.
