This is the first time I have heard of this happening. I have heard of a few people who have been re-matched to one particular match which can be explained by someone creating another profile at some later date. This does happen.

Congratulations on getting a refund. It is more rare for Dr. Warren to give back your money than winning the lottery. Speaking of which you may want to go get you a lottery ticket since you are on a winning streak
