I recently decided to give eH Customer Care a call about something. I expected to have to go through that horrible FAQ system before finding their 800 number.

Guess what! It's right there in the middle of the page when you click on the help link! I say bravo to eH for listening to people when they complained that they couldn't find a number to contact them.

They also had a link to a page about their new archive tab.
