I'm trying to figure out what's going on with a match. It's a long, uninteresting story, so I'll spare yall the details. I'm just wondering if anybody knows if there was a fcw the weekend of march 21. Thanks.

I believe there was one right around St. Patrick's Day. So, that could be the weekend you are asking about.

Thanks. That probably explains things. Next question is: Can non-paying members see mail that you've sent them?

Nope! they have to pay to play..

Unless it was during a FCW and you went through GC first.

When I was about to be a non-payer for eH for what turned out to be a month recently, I wrote a match that she should only write me through personal email. [She already had my phone number, which she never used nor gave me hers.]

During the period I was not a payer, she wrote me through eH regardless. [Maybe she didn't want me to know her phone number/email?!] Anyway I was able to read her message. Maybe it was just a fluke. As it turned out, her message was only a close and I would never have paid - if I needed to - to read it, no matter what it might have said.

This used to actually be correct, and I believe is STILL correct.

An unpaid member CANNOT send any communication except IceBreakers.

However, they CAN receive and read communication.

Thus, if you were able to get to Open Communication with a unpaid Match over a FCW, technically, you SHOULD be able to send them an email, and they should be able to read it.

I believe Kate/Renee had verified this awhile ago, so I do believe it is intended to be there, and not some sort of bug.

The FCWs were at Valentines and I believe Easter. No FCW in Match.

Coulda sworn there was one at St. Patty's. I'm a paid member, so I'm kinda fuzzy on those.

There was an FCM March 18-21. They haven't had one since then as far as I know.
