Well it seems that another change to the eHarmony system is that your MHCS are sent automatically.

For the second time since the site "upgrade" I sent First Questions to a match, she responded and sent her First Questions. I responded to her questions. I noticed that her profile had moved up to the top of the list and so I checked to see if there was some communication.

It says "Your Must Haves and Can't Stands were sent to (match) on May 02, 2010, 11:51AM PDT."

Problem is that it should have been her turn to send me her MHCS and I never sent anything

So the big questions would be did my MHCS get sent automatically because she read my answers to her First Questions? And a bigger question would be does she know that my MHCS are there for her to read?

Your MHCS haven't been sent. This has happened to me a couple of times before and I had a VERY long back and forth with customer service before they finally admitted that it was their system that was messing things up. You're getting that message in error. It is her turn to send her MHCS and she should be able to do so now. She has not seen your MHCS and you will be to send them after she sends hers.

I've talked about this before as well as it has happened to others:
