I received an e-mail notification that I had received a response. When I logged in his profile was sitting back in the "New" tab. Not only that, there was no communication. Any suggestions? Kate, Renee?

And what are you doing working on a Sunday, Kate?!

It would have been response to my 1st set of questions which were sent when I answered his. And this is a match that just contacted me for the first time today.

I'm going to contact customer care tomorrow, maybe.

This seems to be kind of odd. It is not like there was only a single communication between you and he became a New match again, you had three communications between you (his First Questions to you, your response and then your First Questions to him).

Let us know what Customer Care has to say about this. It seems that the whole communication process is now hosed up pretty good and I am not referring to the new "features" I am talking about things that just are not working.

LOL – Yes, I’m normally here on Sundays. Sorry I didn’t see this until just now!

That is very strange. Customer Care would be the way to go. Someone with access to the communication logs on the back-end would have to check into it. Did you already contact Customer Care? If so, what did they say?

I did contact customer service and while doing so I also double checked my e-mails. Everything is fine now. He is still sitting in my New tab, but the communication I thought had came from him actually came from someone else. Not the same name, just the way the e-mails were displayed to me. Sometimes the visuals get screwed up. If that makes any sense.

BTW, very nice customer service person.
