I just don't get it....once you initiate questions with a match (the first 5 questions), how come women never respond??? I mean I take time in the morning to review my matches, and if I am interested in any, I usually initiate communications. But I never hear back!!!!!

I mean why do you keep guys hanging??? If a guy is taking the time to get to know you, and is taking the initiative, why don't you respond in a reasonable amount of time???

If you are not interested, then simply close out the guy.

Anbody have any insight on this???

A majority of your matches are non-paying members, who can only communicate during an FCW(free communication weekend) non-paying members can only use the ice-breakers features.

I understand that...I have been on eH for like 4 years now :)

I am talking about those women who have 4+ pictures, who have complete profiles, and have actually taken the time to elaborate a little bit in their profiles.

It's possible that they were once paying members who have let their subscriptions lapse and are no longer paying members, I suppose. Yes?

Maybe they already have dates/so/spouses, and either haven't taken their profiles down, forgotten to(HAH), looking for friends( with/without) fringe benefits, or are wanting to imitate Tiger Woods.

I had one guy send me questions so I answered them. He closed me. Swear to bob, didn't say I sacrificed animals. Ya know what? His loss. I am a very happy lass.

I had someone accept the "Request for Photo" and then close me out, that was fun.

I initiate with the majority of my matches, but I've pretty much adopted a philosophy that they're dead to me until they communicate back. If they want to leave me in some ever lasting limbo, that's their problem and not mine.

One of the reasons I've seen on here as to why people don't close matches is they don't want to hurt someone's feelings. Maybe you're running into that a lot.

You would use eHarmony to become a world famous golfer

Yep. About 90% of your matches are going to be non-paying.
