eHarmony, please help.
My account was terminated.
All I'm asking is to PLEASE review my case & check my profile for any possible violation of T&C.
I promise, I am a good customer, a good guy.

I turned off email notification. That's all.
Then next day, I got a refund & my account was terminated.
There has to be a mistake.

Sorry to hear that happened to you. I'm not sure anyone can help you here on the Advice site, but you can write to customerrelations @ eharmony.com (no spaces) and they can look into the situation for you.

Indeed! Normally you wouldn't get any refund at all!!
