is there a limit to number of matches in communication?

Hello everyone

I wanted to know if there is a limit to the number of matches in communication that stops eharmony from sending out new matches. I have several communications open ( I am assuming mostly from non-paying members) where they have not responded, do I need to close them so eharmony sends me new matches or does that not matter? Thanks in advance.

I dont think it matters. Did you accidently turn your matching off?
You could actually request for new matches by clicking the button for it.
You may be going through a dry spell in your area if none of those things work.

As far as I know, if you are a paying member, there is no limit to the number you can have open. But I won't pretend to be privy to the arcane methodologies of eHarmony.

I do have matching on and I am receiving matches. As for the area I have my location settings to any where in the world. I guess it is my luck that most are non-responsive. I guess it takes patience. Thanks for all your answers.
