I'm new to the site
I have sent one icebreaker and got a reply etc etc
Since then i have tried to send one to another match
I click on send an icebreaker
choose which one i want to send and click send
but nothing happens (except that it changes the question i have chosen)
the page doesnt refresh or do anything.
i have tried a different browser to no avail.
any help would be appreciated

Are you trying to send a second ice breaker to this match? Could you have already sent one and just forgot? They only allow you one. Ever. Try sending your first questions.

No this is a new match only received.
I thought once you send an Icebreaker it doesnt show up but to say you have already sent one

I have no idea how ice breakers work. I don't use them unless I find a match's profile so interesting in some areas but needs to be beefed up in others. But, even then, I rarely use them. I would rather just get the ball rolling and use the 1st questions.

You might contact customer service to see if there is a glitch. But, again, I would just send your 1st questions.

As the others have said don't send IceBreakers if you are a paying member. They are widely viewed as an indication that you are a non-paying member because IceBreakers are the only form of communication that non-paying members can use.

If you are a paying member then send First Questions.
