Before deleting my account on eHarmony, I copied my personality profile to my hard drive. Unfortunately now that I want to look at it again, I discover that I've forgotten what file name I might have used or in what folder I might have placed it. I'm wondering if someone could give me some of the key words used in the headings on the personality profiles. Perhaps this will help me to do a successful search of my documents.

Woe is me. I have just as much trouble filing things on the computer as I did with paper documents. LOL!

Did you actually call EH to have them delete your account completely? If you only choose not to renew, then your profile is still there..

Key words

Agreeableness
Emotional stability

More key words:

Openness
Conscientiousness
Extraversion

You might try looking for it by TYPE of document you saved it as. Was it a Word document? A Web document? Etc.

Hi Oldsewandsew,

Yes – don’t even bother to contact Customer Care if you remember the e-mail address and password that were associated with that account. You can go to www.eharmony.com and log in (already a member) and you should be able to re-open it online.

Once logged in, click on the My Reports tab and it should still be there (unless you took the Relationship Questionnaire many years ago).

Good luck!

Thanks, Trek. I don't recall the procedure I used but am quite sure that I had the account deleted. I wanted it off the site completely. I didn't just fail to renew. But thanks to your help, I was able to find the personality test on my hard drive.
