This is strange. E-harmony shows that I communicated with a match on a date and time that I know was not me. I know where I was at the time the communication supposedly occured, and unless my butt pressed an improbable series of keys on my phone it was not me.

On the site I don't see where you can look at the e-mail you have sent, and you can not send another e-mail to a match unless they respond.

What gives? Of the couple of matches I have been communicating with this is the one I'm most excited about, and now God knows what's been sent.

You cannot view the email sent until that match accepts the open communication request.

I would contact eH customer care. They maybe able to retract the email or contact your match to let them know of your butt dialing.(kidding) They could inform your match that the email wasn't send by you.

For me, the last communication date shows the last date that either I viewed his profile or he viewed mine, not necessarily the last date that we communicated. I even have 'last communicated' on matches with whom I haven't communicated at all. Is she in your 'Who's Viewed Me' list on the date in question?

That is what you see when you log in (home page) or enter any of the folders/tabs

When you go into any of your matches profiles (actually in communication with) and click on Mailbox .You can view the time stamps you and your match communicated with each other at every stage. Example: Oprah sent her Must Haves and Can't Stands on March 22, 2010, 07:06PM PDT

The Who's Viewed Me list wouldn't matter if a match set their views to show as anonymous.

You do know that the time of communication is Pacific Daylight Time?

Hi ScottyB,

As long as you sent a communication, I wouldn’t look too hard at the time-stamp. As Gr8guyn2008 brought up, the time stamps are always Pacific Time, and in some cases you’ll see what looks like a communication, and it’s actually a “view” or an indication of when the match was closed (of either you or your match).

If you’re concerned about the content of the possible message, as TrekRyder10 suggested, you may want to contact Customer Care: eHarmony Support Home Page.

Welcome to eHarmony and eHarmony Advice! Glad you’re here.
Hope you stick around for more discussions!
