For some reason when I click on "edit profile" I can't find this field. I don't like what I put and now I seem to be stuck with it. Anyone know how to do this?

Welcome to eHarmony Singles and eHarmony Advice!

Thanks for asking! You can definitely edit this. Here's how:

  • Log into your eHarmony account.
  • Click the About Me tab to the upper right side.
  • Just below and over to the left, you'll see a tab that says "Introductory Information." Click on this tab
  • Scroll down and you should be able to edit that section.

It's a lame question to begin with. If there's something only close friends know, why would you put it in your profile?

Because the internet can be so impersonal, that question helps break the personal ice. And since it seems to hit the most nerves (and most ignored) it must be the most personal question on the list.

Actually Kate.. The option to edit question #13 has vanished. I can see it when viewing my profile,but cannot when trying to edit.

Almost every profile I've seen answers it like this: "That's between me and my close friends."
