So, I turned my match settings back on last night so that I could send out as many messages as possible today. However, I still can't send messages. What gives?

That feature only work's after you buy a membership or agree too one reminder nothing is never free with out strings attach to it......

You should be able to send messages if the weekend has started. If not, send a note to the help desk. Also, you can call their help line, just stay on the line. I've never waited more than a couple minutes when the recording says they are receiving a high number of calls.

Hi Justme27,

Sorry that you’re having trouble sending communications. The Free Communication Event started at 12 a.m. this morning, so it’s already rolling. Have you been trying the Guided Communication, or sending messages through eHarmony Mail? During these events, only Guided Communication is available to non-subscribers.

I am able to send and receive messages.

One very annoying feature to the FCW communication is after you hit "send" it takes you to a screen encouraging you to pay to join... and only in very small lettering near the top does it say your message was sent (is easily overlooked amongst the ads to sign up). But then there is NO button to hit to take you back to your matches or back to "home." The only way back is to hit your browser's 'back' button.

I know eHarmony wants us to subscribe and pay... but this complete lack of user-friendliness is very annoying and I would venture very confusing to those who have signed up for the very first time on a FCW.
