I tried EH several years ago, and after answering the questions, the site told me that I was one in a million, and that it couldn't help me.

Worst of all, I couldn't "reset" it so that I could try answering the questions again.

Well, one time recently I tried it again, and it seemed to forget me, because it let me answer the questions again. And again it told me that it couldn't help me.

Well that really disappoints me, because I want to be in love, I want to find my soulmate, I know she's out there somewhere. I thought that EH could help. I guess I was wrong.

Here I thought I was one in a million?? They actually turned down the chance to take your credit card and run away??? They should have at least got you signed up and than told you!

I would contact them and ask them about it, something don't seem right here!

I actually talked to a guy I know here about this. He filled out the questionnaire and when he finished, it told him something along the lines that their matching system would not work for him, so that was it.

All they are saying is they don't think there are enough compatible members to match you with. Would you prefer that they took your money, then gave you no matches?

All they can do is match you with their other members- they don't have access to the entire population.
