Here it is the 3rd day of a 4-day Free Communication Weekend, and I have received NO new matches, not even a stinkin' flexible match! This tells me eHarmony is dead, dead, dead where I live.

I guess this is just confirmation that I am doing the right thing by letting my membership expire on November 25th. It's just as well, I suppose. I'm not even going to attempt to try dating again until at least the holidays are over. Maybe 2010 will be a better year.

I am so with you WonderWoman - my paid membership expires on December 19th and that will be the last for me too. I'm back to thinking I'm just going to forget dating PERIOD. Being single has a lot of perks that are often overlooked.

You know, that's actually a pretty valid point there. While I have received new matches, I haven't received any matches from non-paying members. Not that I mind as most of them never bother to sign up for full membership, ever, or even use the free weekends. Something seems a bit messed up here.

My matching has been off for quite some time now, and my subscription will expire at the end of the month--I have no plans to renew. I'm sure my matches are good people, but they aren't good matches for me.

Oddly enough, I have had a better FCW this time, than in many other FCW's...

Too bad they are all truly Free Weekenders, including No Photos.

I would never have initiated of course, (as I have my Photos posted, and I expect the same from all my Matches), but when they initiated to me, I decided what the heck.

What bites about it is, neither side knows what the other looks like.
Thus, both sides have to expect a possible quick POOF/Close after the exchange of Photos outside of EH. :P

Nothing major here either, and as I live in a major urban center this throws a lot of red flags up about the service to me.
No, I don't think I will bother renewing either.... just something not right here IMHO

To the OP, I live in a large urban area and I only received one non-member match so far. This is not good at all.
