Maybe a stupid question. When an eharmony match closes me, I usually leave it at that. But sometimes when I close someone, they send me the message: God luck to you. And I could reopen them.

Are people just being nice and saying God luck to you or do they want to be re-opened? Just asking, I am curious and new to Eharmony.
I've started more than one thread about this and the last time I did, I received a lot of criticism.

BUT, several days ago I closed a match. She sent me the good luck message - which I don't like - but I re-opened her. Tonight she initiated communication [as others have done sometimes].

gemend, what do you have to lose if you are still interested and re-open her? Yes, she might not respond or turn around and close you [as one did to me once], but so what? It is a chance worth taking.
