I paid eHarmony to write my profile. They described me in better details than I had originally wrote. They gave me advice on my pictures. They told me no professional pictures or friends in the pictures. Just nature pictures of me.

I think it does look better than before. Now I have detailed answers instead of “not sure” or” tell you later.” I am communicating with more guys than usual. So far one guy has asked me out since I have had this new profile. I think another guy is getting ready to ask me out.

I am happy with my new profile, and think my communication has increased. I am looking forward to the opportunities that my new profile can bring me.

Congrats! I wish you luck with your new found success. It's nice to hear that some of the extra services that are offered are helpful. I'll keep this little nugget in the back of my mind just in case. My profile needs some tweaking, but I think it's mostly done. The more I work it, the more responses I get it.

Hmm, seems that their profile advisers and Advice article writers should get together.

Personally I think a professionally taken photo is a good idea. The professional photographer will do a better job with lighting and getting the proper pose than just taking snapshots. Now I am not too keen on the Glamor Shot photos as that really does not represent who the person is in real life.
