Regarding the old style Personality Profile - how can a member get the new one that talks about extroversion, etc.?

Could you be a bit more specific. I did not know that there was an "old" style and "new" style. I am presuming that you are talking about your Personality Profile.

Hi LookinUp,

It sounds like you’re talking about the Personality Profile, right? Do you have the Personality Profile AND the Compatibility Profile? If so, then you have a pretty “old” version and it is high time to retake the Relationship Questionnaire! Your matching will probably improve through retaking it, in fact.

If you want to keep it as a record, you may want to print it out (the Compatibility Profile is no longer available). But in order to get a new version of both the Personality Profile and the newer account layout with the tabs on the My Settings page, you’ll have to contact the Customer Care team through the Help link: eHarmony Support Home Page and ask them to reset your Relationship Questionnaire.

Just a few things you should know about the reset process – some of your About Me page answers will be deleted, so you may want to copy and paste them into a Word document so you can paste them back in. And don’t worry, all the matches on your Communicating and New tab under My Matches will still be there.

All the best,

~Kate

Kate,

Right - I am talking about the Personality Profile. I have a match that has an old version - but it does link from her "Personality Profile" hyperlink.

If a reset is needed, that is a great inconvenience.
