One of my matches is now under the Communicating tab and the status is "Match Requests Communication". If I click on that, all I get is her profile and "Answer Her Questions" is NOT available to be clicked.

So now what?

Iconography doesn't know exactly what she's looking at, but is liking what she sees

Seems to be that happened to me a while ago, before my subscription expired. Wait a few days to see if the communication link becomes active. I'm pretty sure that's what happened in my case.

Never had this situation but you have said in other threads that you are not a paying member but that you were given some time because of "difficulties" with eHarmony. Maybe your free time has expired. You could wait until tomorrow to see if the Answer tab becomes active and then contact eHarmony support to see what is up.

Oh wait I remember.

When you get a match that has requested communication when you first go to her profile the Answer Her Questions will not be highlighted. Only the Read Her Profile. If you scroll down to the bottom then you will see a Start Communication which if you click that it will take you to her First Questions.

Or you can click on the Photo tab and then return to her profile and the Answer Her Questions will be available.

If she had requested to Fast Track then he would have received an e-mail that the match had requested to Fast Track and he would be give the option to accept the Fast Track request or decline and use Guided Communication.

Hi Melman,

This doesn’t sound like anything other than a technical error that can most likely be fixed. If the My Matches page displays “Match Requests Communication” under the Communication Stage column across from your match’s name, AND you don’t see her questions, something is wrong.

My best suggestion is to contact Customer Care through the Help link: http://help-singles.eharmony.com and send a message through the technical category. Sorry you’re having this obstacle. We don’t want to keep you from getting to know each other – quite the opposite.

All the best,

~Kate

Well, as of now the "Answer" link is available. If it happens again, I'll report it.

This happens to me with pretty much every match that requests communication. Instead of clicking on the match's name, click on the "Match Requests Communication" link and you'll be able to answer the questions. For 60 bucks a month, you'd expect to see far fewer technical problems with this site.
