Re-read the OP. I _do_ click on "Match Requests Communication".

It appears that there is a time lag of at least a few hours before the "Answer His/Her Questions" link becomes live.

Maybe it's just eH's way of preventing me from answering too soon. So I don't appear desperate. Or is it needy? I forget the rules, you know.

So this seems like a good thread to post under. I began guided communication with a match a couple days ago. Within 2 hours we had progressed to stage 4 and she had sent me a message. Up until this stage i was receiving confirmation emails saying that my stuff had beed sent and also when she sent me stuff. When i clicked on reply to her message, i wrote the email and sent it but i never recieved a confirmation. Also, it still asks me to reply to her message. Finally, on the communications page, it says that the last time we communicated was over a day ago when i just sent an email a couple hours ago. There seems to be no email or phone number to cantact EH for technical help. Can anyone help me with this issue, all help is greatly appreciated.

You should have searched for a special. You can get eHarmony for much less than $60 / month.

I rarely experience technical problems.

Sometimes when you click on send a message, both in Guided Communication and Open Communication, it is not sent and you have to click on the send button again. You can tell if it was not sent, if your question / answers or message is still displayed then it did not get sent.

It seems that eHarmony in their never ending desire to help out their subscribers has revamped the Help section to make it nearly useless and has removed any mention that you can call them to resolve problems.
