How do I redo my personality profile?

Hi Tja0421,

If you last filled out the Relationship Questionnaire more than 6 months ago, you are able to take it again. In fact, if it’s been quite a while since you last took it, we encourage members to retake it as you may have changed and grown since you last took it; your matching will be more accurate if you take it again.

If you are eligible for a reset of the Relationship Questionnaire, please contact the Customer Care team through the Help link: http://help-singles.eharmony.com with your request.

If you just wanted to change something on your About Me page, all you need to do is log into your eHarmony account, go to the About Me tab, and click the Introductory Information tab. In order to register the changes, you'll have to click "save changes".

Just a hint:

When you retake the Questionnaire you will lose most everything in your profile. So you may want to copy your profile to a text file so that you can put it back. Otherwise you will have to re-write your profile.

This is true. eH just restored my account after deactivating it about a month ago. I had to take the questionnaire again. I was afraid that this meant I'd get matched with all my matches all over again, but when I finished the questionnaire, all my 900+ matches were restored. The 200 or so that were open (most likely all inactives) have been closed but I guess that's OK, I was due for a good housecleaning anyway.

I hope you still remembered what you had previously answered in your "Passionate About", "Most Influential Person" and "Leisure Time" questions.

Actually I'm rewriting them. Looking at what I had in there over 2 years ago, I can see that I need to make these things more conversational and etc.

This is true, so sorry for not mentioning it sooner. The 3 questions I’m aware of, however, that get deleted are:

1. “What you are most passionate about”
2. “What you are most thankful for”
3. “What you do in your leisure time”

Hope it’s not too late, Tja0421. If it is, it may be an opportunity to enhance it. Don’t forget the About Me page Workshop threads – they are still around if you’d like feedback from the members of
