I live in Canada and I don't have access to my own credit card so I can't subscribe!!

Is there anyway to subscribe without one?

Also, which subscription is worth it 3, 6 or 12?

I have online banking but there is no option for that when I try to subscribe...

Please help

Can your online bank provide you with a "fake credit card number" that is one use and tied to your account?

Supposedly you can use Pay Pal and there is a Bill Me Later option.

However, I think these other payment options may only be available in the US. Not sure. Maybe one of the moderators could answer this question.

Dear Pooky312,

Glad to hear that you would like to take the next step, and purchase an eHarmony subscription!

As you know, currently, for subscription payments on eHarmony.CA accounts, we accept Visa, MasterCard, as well as debit cards associated with those cards.

If you don't have a card at this time, I was wondering if you've contacted your bank yet to see if you could be issued a debit Visa or MasterCard card linked to your bank account?

If that's not possible, you may consider purchasing a pre-paid Visa or MasterCard gift card. However, please be aware that, due to the nature of these cards, your subscription will only renew successfully if enough money is still available on your card.

Another possibility is, if you are comfortable doing so, you may consider asking a friend or family member permission to use their Visa or MasterCard to purchase your subscription and then reimburse them. Should you use this option, please remember there is an auto-renewal feature attached to every subscription; so you may want to disable this feature immediately after your purchase.

As far as the length of subscription to purchase, it all depends on you. Because our research has shown that most successful couples dedicated 3-6 months to their search before being successfully matched and because having a longer subscription can help you to better enjoy the process and not feel so pressured to find The One right away and because it is a much better value monetarily, we recommend that you consider one of the longer subscriptions.

However, like I said, it is really up to you to decide how much time you wish to dedicate to your search for your special someone on eHarmony!

Even with all the reasons I shared above, we know that some may still be hesitant to commit that much time and money the first time they subscribe. That is why members are given the option to purchase a shorter subscription.

While you may be paying more per month if you purchase a 1- or 3-month subscription, these subscriptions give you the opportunity to experience our communication process and view photos so you can evaluate our system as a subscriber.

Then, if you wish to continue your search, you can allow your subscription to renew monthly, as scheduled, at a discounted rate, or you can get a better value by taking advantage of membership extension offers or by purchasing a new, longer subscription.

Pooky312, I hope the suggestions and information I've shared have been helpful so that you will soon be able to purchase the eHarmony subscription that is right for you!

All the best,

-Renee

and you'd be completely wrong...
I PAID for a full year, but CLOSED my account early.
I would have been better of spending my money on lavender-scented toilet paper.
It still would have got flushed down the dunny, but at least I would have had the satisfaction of wiping my arse on it first.

Renee,

Will Eharmony ever offer a free WEEK to non members as a trial period . Weekends are really not practically .. seriously. I think the eharmony marketing and finance team will need to create a better and practical package.
