If anyone would reconsider to renew eharmony.

What are the NEW AND IMPROVED features one should expect?

Please be honest - However, I know I should expect some flake replies.
I would be curious to see if the fake profiles are still existent.

Better choices for closing like

"This match is not right for me"

"I am not right for this match"

get rid of "other"

Paying members should know if they are matched with a non-paying member. Why pay out the ear for this service only to not be able to communicate with a match who turns out to be non paying.

That's just for starters let me think of more.

I presume that by fake profiles you mean non-paying members. Yes they are still there. About 90% of your matches are going to be non-paying members.

As far as new features that have been added to the site. In the nearly two years I have been on eHarmony the only new feature that I can recall being added is the Who's Viewed Me. There have been a few things that have changed but they are mostly cosmetic.

Hi Followmesky,

Just to clarify your question – are you asking what “new and improved” features in fact DO exist? Can you give a date since the last time you joined? That way we’ll have more accurate comparison to provide.

And no – there are no fake profiles to worry about. This would be a violation of our Terms and Conditions of Service. If ever you would see a match that concerned you, however, we would encourage you to contact our Match Concerns department at matchconcerns@eharmony.com. Our team of specialists will review the situation and take appropriate action.

Sorry, Gr8guyn2008, I’ll just reiterate here (as I mentioned in a thread earlier) – it’s not a “fact” that 90% of the profiles are non-paying. We do have a process in place which ensures only the most-likely-to-communicate matches to be sent. The purpose is to prevent members from getting matched with people who aren’t active, but to give you all the opportunities that have potential.

All the best,

Kate,
I haven't been a member in a 1.5 year. In regards to fake profiles, in my time of Eharmony - they do exist, just as scammers do. Please don't under estimate the knowledge of the users/consumers. Also, if Eharmony had a feature to enforce reporting such people. Why doesn't eharmony make consumers/ or I should say memebers more aware. Instead, of love articles. Safety, should be the best and most advertised feature. As far as the 90 percent - I remember when I was a member, I would say, 90 percent of those I was matched with were non members/not active. Of course, this defeats the purporse of actually getting anywhere.

Are you saying, Eharmony is NOW matching members with ONLY ACTIVE/ PAYING MEMBERS? Can you elaborate how this works?
