Even though your numbers may work out to about 10% you are doing much better than the norm. In only two days you have had one out of 11 respond plus six have closed. You may not consider a close to be communication but it does mean that they are real live people that are active on eHamony.

You will find that about 90% of your matches will be non-paying members who can't respond. Most non-paying members are also non-active therefore they will not view or close.

So you are doing pretty normal.

Thank you for this useful information. Have to remember that most of the profiles that may be of interest to me are going to be useless, for lack of a better term. Seems about average with other sites as well.

That will make this even more fun!!
