Is anyone else a little miffed at the number or amount of ads which are displayed on EH, particularly to paying members?
I for one find it annoying at the least that I am subjected to a constant barrage of ads when I pay a monthly fee to use the service. In comparison, I use other sites which I pay a minuscule fee once a year to keep that site ad free. You would think EH would respect its paying members by not displaying ads at every turn.
I have complained about this to Customer Support and I've mentioned it every time I'm randomly selected for a site survey, but all such vocalizations have been ignored.
If there's one thing which would cause me to cancel my membership, it would be those ads. But on the other hand, I fear to miss a great match because I don't agree with a less than savory business practice, so thus I stay...
Maybe we could all get together (virtually) and have an EH tea party...
