I've just recently joined EHarmony, and I am so excited about my matches. I can't help but wonder, though, what happened when I joined a few years ago. I know that I chose Christianity as the most important quality in a mate. Well, I don't know what kinf of questions I answered, but I had 2 men close me out because I can't stand pornography?! Well, I don't know what Christian church they belong to, but I thought they were kidding!! (Sense of humor was a must have) It turns out they weren't. Nope, not kidding. They went on a long dissertaion about it.
I guess this post is a reminder for people to not assume things. I assumed that some issues were just like one big DUR! for men after reading my profile, but now I guess not.

Hi Colleenanne112,

If you have shared about your Christian faith on your About Me page and stated that the most important quality you are seeking in someone is that they be Christian, I can understand your confusion. However, you are right, you just can't assume. But that is the great thing about of our site and communication process. It allows you to fairly quickly ascertain if someone is on the same path as you are.

You mentioned that you joined our site several years ago. If that is the last time you took the Relationship Questionnaire, I recommend that you consider retaking it. We have 6 PhD psychologists on staff, and they are constantly looking for ways to improve our matching system. One way is to update the Relathionship Questionnaire from time to time. By retaking it, you will have the best matching system we can provide working for you, allowing us to provide you the best matches possible.

You can make a request to retake the Questionnaire by contacting Customer Care through the Help link located at the bottom of all our site pages. Click on any topic, and you will see an e-mail link. Once your e-mail is successfully sent, you will receive a confirmation number, and a Customer Care agent will be glad to follow up with you.

All the best,

-Renee

Not sure I understand your post

Are you asking a question or are you just venting?
