Hey, guys and gals. I'm just curious...is anyone else having problems uploading photos on eHarmony right now? I successfully posted my primary photo a few days ago...but now I can't get the photo wizard to upload any other photos The photos meet all the requirements. I did email the help crew on eHarmony...I'm just waiting for a response.

I resized my photos...but it just won't cooperate. I keep getting this response: "Web connection failed". I am using a stable internet connection service.

Any ideas/ advice would be GREATLY appreciated

Hi Southernsweetie85,

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having difficulty with uploading your photos. I just want to make sure you’re getting the help you need through the best channels – did you send your message through the Help/FAQ link? That would be http://www.help-singles.eharmony.com. Also, did you receive an “incident number”? That would be the confirmation that our Customer Care team received your message. From there, you should receive their response within 24 hours.

Also, since you’ve cropped/re-sized your photos (at least, that’s what I understand from your post), have you tried to e-mail them as attachments to photos@eharmony.com from the e-mail address associated with your eHarmony account?

I hope it works out soon. Your photo here in Advice looks great!

I've been having problems trying to upload photos for the past 48 hours. I get the same message about web site not available. I talked to customer service on the phone tonight and they gave me an email address to send my photos to and their photo department will post them for me.

I was having problems for a few days around July 24th but then the site got fixed and I was able to upload my photos.

I did not contact customer service because I thought the problem was on my end but since others seem to have had problems maybe there is a problem at the eHarmony end.
