I seem to be having a problem using the javascript picture viewer eharmony uses. When I load the page, the thumbnail pictures load, but when i click on each one, the main picture does not update. Also when the page loads, it says "Error on Page" at the bottom of the browser. Seems like a javascript issue, but I have javascript enabled in my browser.

I have tried viewing this in firefox as well and I have the same issue. Is there a way to fix this or to just view pictures without using javascript?

Thanks for writing – it would be nice to see those matches more up close, wouldn’t it? The best thing to do is to contact our technical team through the Customer Care link: http://www.help-singles.eharmony.com.

It will be helpful if you first describe the issue as you did in your post, and then list as many specifics about your computer system as you can. This will help the technical team a great deal to identify and isolate the issue so that it can be resolved as soon as possible.

First and foremost, I would suggest going to Verify Java Version to make sure that your java software is up to date.

I'm actually out of date running Java 6 Update 13, but pictures work for me in both FireFox and Internet Explorer. For reference, the latest version is Java 6 Update 14.

I have this problem from time to time as well (those little red Xs...). I do find that if I reboot my computer I'm then able to see the photos again.
