eha tech issue - Video blocking

I was just informed that this category was for eha tech. questions and am currently having a problem with YouTube videos being blocked from my view.

I just recently learned how to embed videos and didn't know that when you edit a post with a video embedded, the video embed code is not visible during the edit. I added the embedding code again before saving the edit, and ended up with two video embeds in the post.

While I was trying to delete the extra video from the post, I accidentally put a block on YouTube videos. Now I can't see them in other people's posts and can't add them to mine... or at least I can't see them if they are there.

I have looked everywhere and can't figure out how to unblock them.

I did send an email to an admin a couple of days ago regarding this issue, but thought I would post it here as well in case anyone else was having the same problem.

Well, I can't embed a video at all. I can copy the code, but can't paste it. I wish I knew why.

That actually sounds similar to my problem... can you see the videos embedded in other's posts?

Yes. I can even post a link to the video, but for some reason, can't embed the code. When I get to the paste step, everything freezes. I can't even get a flashing cursor at that point. It's like there's some kind of block or something. It's the strangest thing!

I have tried many different videos (all normal, not blocked videos), and am using a MacBook (OS X 10.5.4).

Well, folks - you're not alone, I've tried to embed videos as well but could not and I'm pretty certain I have not blocked YouTube specifically.

I've asked tech for help with this, will keep you posted.
