How many of you took advantage of the free communication weekend?

Personally I half-heartedly sent a few questions to the more interesting of my matches (with zero responses). Think I pretty much gave up on Eha. But for some reason I keep toying with the idea of picking a subscription back up and trying it again. What yall think?

I am a paying member and I have had many matches taking advantage of the FCW. I will also use it to close any matches that have not bothered to return my communication at the end of the FCW.

I had one new Match so far over the weekend, we have been communicating since Friday and are we are now talking outside of eHarmony. I am a paying member, but very glad this particular lady decided to take advantage of the free communication weekend. Way too early to see if it goes anywhere or not; however, our of the handful of matches that I have made it this far with she seems the most promising.

I am a paying member. I have about 300 open matches. I got them because the last time I renewed my membership, I was swamped with a ton of matches that didn't quite meet my criteria (something about "flexible matching?") Anyhow, I have too many to take the time to close them all out.

Even though these are, by and large, matches that I'm not exactly interested in, I really did expect at least some of them to contact me during the FCW. I have had surprisingly little interaction with my matches this weekend, however. So, at some point, I am going to have to take a day or two and close out all these deadbeat matches.

I had a couple of the matches that I communicated with earlier get back to me but I've been gone much of the weekend so they have not progressed.

I signed up during the Memorial Day weekend-because I had several promising matches. Then there was a real dead time when I was sure I wasn't going to hear from anyone-and now it's back to active.

Not sure if I will renew in 2 months when the sub is up--I really get more dates from Yahoo than EH. And it's less expensive.

I guess because of the fourth more people were out and about as there seemed to be more overall activity during the FCW for the memorial day weekend than there was this weekend. I only had one match, a great one but still thought it was interesting to only get one new match.

I guess the concept of YOU sending First Questions is not a good thing?

I had the exact opposite experience. I got nothing from Yahoo! Personals but do get communication and dates through eHarmony.

I had the exact opposite experience to you. Memorial Day no activity at all, July 4th more communication than I could keep up with.
