Hi Angel,

Sorry you ran into this. Most likely, it’s a member who has opened up multiple eHarmony accounts. It is actually a violation of our Terms and Conditions of Service to open up more than one unique eHarmony account. We encourage you to send an e-mail (from the e-mail address that’s associated with your eHarmony account) to matchconcerns@eharmony.com and report the name of the match(es), their locations, and in this case, how many times you received them as a match. On the outside chance that this is occurring due to a technical error, it will be routed to our technicians for correction.

All the best,

~Kate
