When I logged onto this site, my AVG program issued a warning that it detected a threat (virus, spyware or whatever) called Exploit Lucky Exploit Pack. Can anyone tell me what this is, and why it would be on a supposedly reputable site? Thank you.

Dear coffeemate,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Although the problem does not seem to be attached specifically to our site, we are investigating this matter further. Should we need any additional information, we will follow up with you directly.

I think it's more likely that one of the advertising vendors eH uses got hacked and is attempting to spread some sort of malware.

Sadly it's a frequent occurance.

Yes.

It is one of the ads they show on the site.

I got the same warning as well.

Generally, most companies that show ads, usually sign up with a vendor, say Google, who will then farm out ads to the companies based generally on the type of site it is.

In the case, EH needs to go back to the company thats sending them these ads, and complain.

Remember, we had a similar issue a few months back, where EHA was showing some pretty "suggestive" ads for a different dating site. EH had to go back to the company serving the ads, and get that company's ads yanked from EHA.

I imagine that will happen here soon enough.
