What do you do in a case where you close someone by accident? I would like to pick up where we left off but accidentally closed the match.

Any ideas?

Dear robincowtow,

If a green Re-Open button is not available under Next Steps, you are welcome to contact our Customer Care department and an agent will be glad to send the match of interest a re-open communication request on your behalf. You can contact our Customer Care department from the Help link located at the bottom of all our Single site pages. Click on any topic, and you will see an "e-mail us your question" link above the Search button. Along with your request, please provide the match's name, location, and age.

Once your e-mail is successfully sent, you will receive a confirmation number.

All the best,

-Renee

Let me get this straight: You "accidentally" hit close match, and then you "accidentally" checked a reason, and then you "accidentally" hit closed match again?

You should be more careful next time. Take this as a lesson learned.

Actually, OCG, it almost happened to me once. I get so used to closing matches that I had almost selected a reason before I realized "Hey, wait a minute..."

Yeah, I accidentally almost closed someone. Then I did close out someone with 12 pictures for not having pictures - oops!
