I just joined and understand her frustration completely!!! I got locked out of my originalaccount during the "maintenance" yesterday and have been waiting for over 24 hours to receive the email that was supposedly sent with a new passwordto get back into the darned thing! I'm not a techie person, but I've used other sites that have been more user-friendly and a lot quicker to respond to customers' questions.

Hopefully this is something unusual for the site?

Yeah, EH works that way for all of us. It's either up or down. I think it has two speeds- All stop or ahead slow. Only thing worse is power astern. I promise that if you stay I will get my cattle prod out and get them to start moving again. Besides, it's a rule that you can't leave until you have a minimum of 500 posts and you still have some 70 to go. And like Yeoww says, I enjoy your posts.

I've posted 3 times today....only 1 has shown up.

PLUS I got locked out of my original account yesterday and have been waiting for over 24 hours for the email eHarmony "sent" so I could re-set my password, which no longer is valid? (This is a new account...Iwas cath817b)

The frustration level with this site is growing....and I'm really hoping this isn't normal for the site to act this way??
