I have sent this as an email to eHA. No response back. I tried posting this is the top thread here, but I couldn't. They say we're not suppose to complain about the system in threads, but if they don't do as they say they are, I'm going to complain!


How about fixing the page numbering problem. When you click on the last page posted, let's say 8 you end up with no posts and the leave a comment box. You go to see how many pages are actually there andonly let's say 5 are actually in the thread. I have reported this, as many others have probably as well. This has been going on for a while. When is this going to get fixed? It is very time consuming, especially when this site is slow.


Has anyone else sent eHA an email about this? I'm curious.

I have just modified my behaviour now.


They seem to be "off" by about 1 page every 4.


So if I see a thread is 8 pages long, I simply click on the 6th page instead.


Or if its 12, I will go to 8 instead.


It generally works pretty much every time.


But yes, it would be nice if they fixed the issue instead of me having to kludge around it.

At the bottom of this page is a contact eHarmony Advice support link where you can report problems.


There is also a thread on site status and updates. Of course that thread has not been updated since early October. The page numbering issue has been a problem since early in October. I have spoken to eHarmony about this problem and they do not consider it a big deal and claim that even though the page numbering is messed up that no post are missing. HOWEVER I PERSONALLY KNOW THAT IS NOT THE CASE. I know of threads where a great many posts that used to be in the middle of the thread disappeared when the page numbering issue first surfaced.


We just have to recognize that this is a free site and learn to live with whatever we get

Hi Gr8Guy, I have reported it below and they have not responded nor even noted the problem on their post. That's why I made this topic thread.

Scott, that works OK as long as the threads you want to visit aren't really long. My antivus keeps coming up with problems with their advertising so it takes me even longer to move around this site.
