Hi graceventually,

I just love how a member, from time to time, will feel inspired to join this thread and add their list!

What wonderful qualities your husband-to-be posseses! And his being a "Renaissance man" is sure to keep things lively and fun!

If you have already shared the date on our site, forgive me for not knowing, but if you care to share when the happy event is to take place, we can count down the days with you too!

Thank you for all your wonderful contributions to our site, and I wish you both all the best.

Thanks so much, Renee!
We're getting married Nov. 28, although we both wish it were sooner! We set the date back in February, in that "nail-biting" time of waiting on college admissions decisions with my daughter. We set the wedding for two days after Thanksgiving, assuming that, wherever she went, she'd be able to be home then and be the maid of honor. Well, it turns out that my baby is going to Goucher College. In Baltimore. The city where the wedding is being held. We could have scheduled it any weekend in September or October....oh well!

Hi graceventually,

So the nuptials will be taking place in November, and how wonderful to hear that your daughter is going to be our maid of honor!

Well, better to be safe than sorry when it came to the date; right? And perhaps,in some way, the extra months will be a blessing in disguise.

Thanks so much for sharing you wedding date, and I wish you two all the best as your big day on November 28 approaches!

Ten reasons for marrying my eharmony mate.

1. He loves me so totally unconditionally.
2. He is my rock. He is here for me and I am here for him.
3. Together we can get through anything.
4. I love the way he knows me. We have so many core values that are alike. We are very comfortable with each other.
5. He makes me feel safe and secure, like he would never let anything happen to me.
6. He is so different! He is truly a guy's guy and has taught me so much about sports! I never thought I would have gotten into that but I kind of have.
7. He is the strongest man I know.
8. He is the kindest man I know, he is just so good.
9. When we argue, which is rare, we always talk it out. ALWAYS. And he never let's us go to bed mad.
10. He has totally accepted my three miniature dachshunds like they were his own.
11. He is sexy, and a wonderful lover.
12. I have to stop now, but I could go on and on and on.....

He is a throughback from the old south - a real gentlemen. He's just a nice guy; he's thoughtful, sincere, always remembers occasions, loves me even when I'm in a bad mood, is a wonderful father & Grandpa now, I know in heart that he wouldn't cheat, considerate, and my best friend. I wouldn't trade him in even after 34 yrs.!

Thank you Renee. We are certainly grateful to eharmony for bringing us together. We believe that God used eharmony to introduce us And we definitely notice eharmony commercials on tv now more than we ever did!

We are definitely a great match! He's exactly what I want in a husband and he feels the same way about me.

Yes, we do have a wedding date set. We are planning on getting married on June 12, 2010. We can't wait to start our lives together as Mr. and Mrs.

Hi marksgirl!

You are very welcome! And thank you so much for letting us know that you will be a June bride! How exciting!

Yes, I can certainly understand that the two of you are looking forward to starting your life together as husband and wife!

That's cute about you noticing our TV commcercials more than ever! You know, our Success Stories team is always interested in hearing from happy couples who would like to be part of our TV ads: http://www.eharmony.com/success/submit So maybe we will see you and Mark in one of our spots in the future?

Also, thank you so much for taking the time to share your success with other eHarmony members. Though we do our best to provide members with encouragement and suggestions to support their success; hearing from successfully-matched members can be just the thing to help a member be patient and positive as they search for their special someone.

All the best with your wedding plans! Please let us know how things are going.

I love this reply because it's all about values and not about looks. This is far and away the best thing I've read this week.
