I'm very proud to say that I am engaged to the most wonderful woman, we were matched on EH in the beginning of last year, our first date was on June 19th at Centennial Olympic Park in Atlanta which was a interesting place for both of us, our first dates before this with others was in the local mall. If I had to describe her in only a few words I'd would say "she is a perfect fit!" I never thought I'd meet a person like her, if I had to list all the things that we have in common including things that our families have in common it would probably be at least a half page or more, most of those things we did not have on our EH profiles.
We plan on getting married in the summer/fall of next year in Atlanta then live in Memphis, this is where my job is at presently, once the airline moves to downtown Memphis.

I'd like to continue with what others have said in these boards to those of you, men and women, who haven't found that special someone to not give up, it may take some time, it took us 29 years and EH to find one another, you will not fit with every match, but like we found out you will see that quick, but you do fit with somebody the key to me, after feeling like there was no one for me and that if I was to have any success in dating that I'd have to become somebody completely different, is to keep at it and be yourself no matter what match you try, if you give up you have lost the game, so don't lose the game, win!! you win when you find that special person who fits you.

Congratulations! Happy to hear that EH worked for both of you and I wish you a wonderful future together!
On a side note.....Memphis is a great place to live. I lived there for almost 5 years and loved it!

UPDATE: I got hired by the regional airline under Delta in Atlanta so I'll be going back to Atlanta and things should be even easier settling wise in the long run.

It's so wonderful to hear that you feel she's a "perfect fit" for you, and I'm sure she feels the same! As we often tell members, you can't judge a match entirely on their profile. There are so many other things to learn about a match.
