Hello all,

I'm not sure who here might remember me, I had a long thread awhile ago concerning being in a relationship while living with roommates that went on and on....and on. Haha

Anyway, I'm happy to report that I and the boyfriend I mentioned in that thread are now engaged. He proposed to me about two weeks ago, very romantic story. :-D

Oh, and while we did not meet on Eharmony, he WAS someone I met on another internet dating website. So maybe that will give some of you who are still looking, some hope. There is someone out there for everyone!

Of course I remember you, dovegirl! (Heck; we're practically neighbors...lol)

Thanks for sharing your happy news with us. This will certainly make all those issues about how to deal with roommates and a visiting boyfriend moot!

Wishing you both much happiness. He sounds like an excellent fellow and a very good match for you.

Have you set a date?

aaah, neardc! I'm glad you remember me, you were very helpful to me before, haha.

And no, we don't have an actual date yet...it will probably be sometime spring of next year. I have never been one to care about the actual wedding and neither is he, so we are just going to have something small with both sets of parents and my sister and brother-in-law (he is an only child)

Oh, and he comes over all the time now, he might as well live here :-P

I'm glad that everything has worked out so well. I'm sure that whatever wedding you have it will be lovely and just right for you and your fellow.

In the meantime, enjoy your engagement!
