It really can happen very fast! I joined eHarmony on July 16 2010. Meanwhile, in TX, Wayne joined on July 19th. We found we had much in common and we went through the guided communication really fast, like we couldn't learn enough about each other fast enough.

I was living in SC but asked for matches in central TX, since I would be moving here very soon. Well the very soon turned into three months. So we had lots of time during those 3 months to talk on the phone and by e-mails everyday. Quite early on - say, about 10 days into the 'relationship' - I was thinking he could be THE ONE and made a thread called "Meeting someone really fast."

He thought it too, and at week three he told me he was closing off any further matches. I did the same.

We met face-to-face two weeks ago - October 12th and in less than two weeks after that he took me to Zale's and we bought, not just an engagement ring but wedding bands as well. It was after we left the store that he asked if I would marry him. LOL

We will be married November 27th. Two days after Thanksgiving. How appropriate - we both are giving thanks to God for bringing us together. Even though God used eHarmony to bring us together it is our firm belief that it was by His plan. Many thanks to eHarmony too.

He is so wonderful, sweet, so much fun to be with. He is loving and kind and I feel like I am the most important thing in his life. He is the most patient man I have ever known. We have a spiritual connection as well as friendship and the physical attraction.

Positive chemistry.

So, hang in there, eH users, don't give up. eH does work.
