Wow is about all I can say! This is not my success story (as I have yet to find any "success" on eharmony) but after signing up two weeks ago I was browsing the Success Stories, photos and videos on eharmony in hopes of getting motivated... I wanted to read up about it from the horses mouth (so to speak) and wanted to quickly get well acquainted with what all the fuss is all about. I like to see both sides of the coin and after reading the "unofficial" eharmony blogs I was getting a little downer and depressed..

Anyway after listening/watching to the 5 Keys to Success (pretty cheesy video if you ask me but somehow the way Dr. Warren presents himself in the video just made me feel compelled to watch and laugh, you know ever what I mean ;-) Especially his suggestion that "he still thinks Eharmony is a 12 month process" (yeah I'm sure his board of directors and shareholders think the same as well....) And his advice to "make sure to reach out to each and every single match" just doesn't do it for me.. Most of my matches I have no chemistry whatsoever with and reaching out will only be wasting their time or hurting feelings.

While watching the TV Couples and browsing the Success photos and reading the Stories I came across the story of Danny and Laura http://www.eharmony.com/success/stor...g-distance/460 and just read it with amazement, infact I read it two or three times. It just seemed so magical and enchanting and special, I caught myself wishing this was MY eharmony experience, who wouldn't pay every penny they had to find a true love like this? This couple is around my age bracket and Laura seems to be the "type" of girl that I'm looking for in my own search as well.. It struck me as a bit odd that Danny said he was on eharmony several YEARS before he meet Laura (if that is true then he is one persistant guy and looks like it paid off well in the end) , and she was on the site several months as well.. Seems like perseverance did pay off in the end for the lucky two. But sadly experiences like this are very atypical and do not represent the average eharmony user... I had read a very many of the other success stories featuring couples from all walks of life that meet and feel in love and got married through eharmony service, but this one stood out and I could find myself relating to it the most, I just found it most special and unique among many hundreds of other happy endings through eharmony.

Anyway I just wanted to remark what a well written testimony to the power of love and what a even greater seredepity and courtship!
