Sounds like you are trying to make excuses for her bizarre behavior. She has shown you that she has issues, feel lucky that you found this out now instead of later.

Yep, red flags all over this one. Anyone who can get that serious that quickly can turn it off just as quickly. I'd advise moving much more slowly next time.

Thing is this woman wanted to take it slow initially..very slow told me at first she had only once every other week. Weird

Your very first clue that you have a problem on your hands is when someone starts telling you how they want to go slow. It doesn't matter what poor woe is me reason they give you for it, it doesn't matter how rational or legit it sounds, the only thing that you need to be getting out of that is that this person is currently damaged goods. Something that you cannot fix.

Nobody who is truly excited about being with you, who is open to a relationship and dating is ever going to harp about going slow. It doesn't mean that they'll be speeding at 2000 miles an hour, but they will never try to push you away. Whatever issues they need to deal with, they'll deal with privately because one thing they don't want to do is lose you to their baggage. They'll handle their baggage because you are worth the effort and worth keeping.

I want to go slow is not a positive statement....ever....

I've never told someone I want to go "slow" but have been on the receiving end. It means at best luke warm interest.
