I know this is a bit premature valentines day being 3 weeks away and all!, but what are you supposed to give a man for valentines day? I've been dating a guy (he's 29) for 3 months now, so 4 months by the day itself. (I've dated before by the way, just never over valentines day since I was a teenager!)

So guys, what would you want from your girlfriend for valentines day? Any help would be very much appreciated.

Last year I made my guy some heart shaped cut-out cookies which he promptly consumed.

This year I plan to do something a little more special .. not sure what! Poor guy has worked 3 straight weeks without a day off and won't be getting one this week either.

Giving to my guy:
*Vintage car coffee mug filled with chocolate and some cash folded into heart shapes (for his classic car restoration fund); and
*Me in a red brocade and black lace bustier.

Now there's a delightful gift! Personally, I'm not so much into the clothing, but Oh My! ... it's the thought that counts!!!!

Am giving mine silk pajamas and champagne (that might be a bit much for dating 3-4 months, though). I like the meanminicooper's suggestion. I know my guy would love that.
