Took an interest in Basketball (which I thought I would hate) and now I really really like it! Who'd a thunk it?

I rode on the back of a motorcycle; I'm deathly afraid of motorcycles. That was our one and only date because he refused to call me after he tried toget me to sleep with himand I said no.

I was just thinking about some of the crazy things I've done when I was youngerin the name of love, even when I could see sometimesthat the relationship was not working.

1) I hate heights but went bungee jumping

2) I am allergic to tomatoes, but my ex loved them so I would use tomatoes in my cooking and would have to pick them out

3) I am not a great fan of flying, but was talked into taking flying lessons

4) I hate chocolate and most flowers but would smile politely whenever I got either on Valentine's Day

5) I don't like to be around dogs, but stayed in a relationship once for a yearwith a man that had5 dogs!

I am a much wiser person now, and know how to make choices that suit me, but geez wasI stoopid wwhenI was in my 20's and 30's!

What crazy things have you done in the name of love?

1.) I stopped talking to my male friends because he didn't like me having any.

2.) Even when didn't think I wasn't ready to move our relationship beyond frienship, I did because I wanted to be with him.

3.) Even when I knew our differences were too strong,I offer for him to move in with me because I was afraid to lose him to someone else.

4.) Even after seeing a pattern of me losing myself in favor of his wants and needs, I was still willing to do what ever it took to get him tolove me.

I did all that because Ithought he was the ONE. As you can guess, it didn't ended up well. Never lose yourself for the sake of love because there can be no love greater than self-respect.
