I don't see many posters from Colorado...and wonder how many of us are on the boards? I live outside Colorado Springs...the dating environment can be a little tough-very family oriented town-not the fun playground Denver is....

How's the dating scene in Denver, Boulder, Ft.Collins, etc? Do you find it easy to meet other single people through local activities/events? Does EH work for anyone in Colorado?

Cheers- I, unfortunately, live in the Springs as well. I agree with your take on take on things, but I think the singles here tend to stay in vs. go out. I can't say I blame them given the CO Springs nightlife. I get most of my matches from Denver, which works for me b/c I go to Denver whenever possible. I do, however, get closed out quite off with the distance thing being the #1 reason.
I lived in the Springs for 6 years and had a terrible time dating! I also did not have much luck with internet dating there either. I hope you have better luck than I did!

I'm in the Denver metro area, too. Had almost zero from EH. Not too sure that the "matching" algorithm really works despite all the hype.

I'm on the western slope, i'm sure there aren't many eh users near here, it's a big reason I decided not to join.

For the record though, Colorado rocks!

I was born and raised in CS, moved 6 years ago.

Recently I've been matched with a lot of men from CS/Denver/Vail/Durango. Don't know what that's about, as I'm on the other side of the country.

I'm here on the north end of Colorado Springs and can certianly backup that dating here seems be hard! I did find a wonderful woman for a long term relationship on EH - things didn't work out - but I'm here looking to see if things can work out again.

I lived in Steamboat for eight winters untill 1997. Loved it, and miss it dearly. Still have wonderful friends that I keep in contact with periodically. How can you not love the mountains? Can't wait to get back.

I live in Fort Collins and travel to Denver often. Dating in Fort Collins is little difficult for the over 40 crowd, since it is a college town. I am not willing to date my students -- yet.
