I personally date one girl at a time with the exception of this internet dating thing. If I meet you and we hit it off with the intention of doing it again then I focus my energies.

Dating more than one person is wasteful unless you're shallow in respect to your emotional connectivity. In which case its probably the only way you can feel good when dating.

I say that since most people who entertain a wide circle of acquaintances tend to know them all in a limited fashion but they think they know them well. It's not a big step to realize if you date more than one person its the same way.
