Tango is on the other side of LA- 3-4 hours in LA traffic one way.
Absolutely unrealistic.
But I would be happy to meet him for coffee some day
If Tango says the same thing you did then no actual date will have been made. I hope one of you sets a time and place eventually.

the only place i'd expect to see a woman wearing a dress like that is a cocktail waitress at a strip club. no offense but you might be sending the wrong message.

Really? I thought the dress was pretty nice if one can carry it off. I see a lot of similar dresses at fine dining restaurants, night clubs, events, etc.. Don't go to strip clubs, so will have to defer to your expertise for that.

Based on a lot of your views, you seem to be pretty provincial, where are you from again?

I think you are being distracted by the overt sexuality of VC models. It's their job to pose like that in everything, even business suits.

I'd expect strip club waitresses to wear a lot less if they want tips, since they're competing with nudity.

I could be wrong.

Seriously?! If the cocktail waitresses are wearing that much clothing, you are going to the wrong strip clubs lol!

Boston, and I'm far from provincial...I suppose it would depend on how it's worn...add knee high boots and you've go yourself a callgirl costume.

I haven't been to a strip club in a couple of years but I do remember the cocktail waitresses dressed more or less like that...Don't get me wrong, I love when women dress sexy but I also appreciate more conservative style.

It's not the dress. Didn't bother reading through all ten pages, so don't know if it's been addressed, but if your success has gone up since you took the pic off, maybe it was the pose or the lighting. I've seen pics of women who posed like they were...extremely experienced, shall we say?...and it was a bit of a turn-off for me. I'm admittedly a bit conservative, but then, so are your average programmers, engineers, etc. I've also seen pics where bad lighting can totally change what your face and body look like. Since we haven't seen the pic of you, I have no idea. Just offering suggestions.

Wow, do any of you guys go out with women that wear cocktail dresses? As a rule they are form fitting. I am amazed at this Taliban mentality and negative connotations towards women's clothing that is totally appropriate for the venue that the OP mentioned at her post.

Tangochef, if you read what you quoted, you'd see I'm talking about the pose more than the dress. I actually started off by saying, "It's not the dress."
