I would never personally put "petite" on any form identifying myself. My body is what I would call a normal/average size. I always select athletic and toned, and feel I'm in really good shape. But, I have large hands and feet. This is something I've always wondered how guys feel about that. Is it intimidating, do you even notice... is it sexy?

The reason I ask is because being out with TD I noticed how absolutely tiny his hands were ... and I felt like godzilla next to him!! I mean, I am a nice size, but do have large hands and feet. When people have noticed in the past, they've just commented on the size of my paws...

I'm just curious if this makes a difference in dating. I typically don't even think about it, this is just one of those things, being with a guy who seems so ... well, petite in this area... that made me wonder how a guy might feel.

And before anyone even says it... no, I'm actually not going to ask him about this one. No need to call attention to it imo. I'm sure he's noticed though. There is a major difference in his hands and mine. I would be like a baseball mit on top of his hand if I ever fully covered it!!

You can tell whose hands are the problem by visiting a jewelry store and trying on rings. If the standard size is loose, and his hands are smaller than yours, then his are the issue.

I doubt if standard size rings would fit either of our ring fingers. The rings would be too large for him and too small for me. So, I don't think this is telling at all of any real problem.

Besides, there is no "right" or "wrong" ... we were all born with what we were born with. Not like it's something you could fix, or that I even would if I could. I accept me... I was more curious if there was something specific guys felt about women with large hands/feet.

Why have you made this "NVM" when your original post was to walk away from guys with small hands? Inquiring minds want to know why a girl should walk away from a guy with small hands

LOL!! as funny as this video was... you do know it is possible to have feminine hands that are large. Also, if you carry your hands in a feminine way, I don't think they could be considered "man hands" just because of the size... or would they?

It was a general and basically unfair post and I regretted it as soon as I made it public.

It does confirm that your hands are larger than average and his are smaller though. Now you know it's not just a subjective opinion.

I think it's as fair to say, stay away from men with small hands as many men who criticize women with large hands...

all's fair in love and war!!

Besides, you know us harmony... we can slam you whether you regretted the statement or not!! LOL!
