I took my lil doggie to dog park last night and wow... the guys!

Unfortch, the only person that came up and spoke with me was another woman... very nice (was there with her boyfriend/s.o.) and wanted our dogs to "meet".

Most of the people seem really smiley and friendly (most of my city is like this though and I suspect most were locals) and even if you dont meet an eligible bachelor theres still the chance that you (or your dog) may make a friend! It also seems like everyone is more inclined to casual conversation about their pets etc...

People usually dont take their wedding rings off to go to dog park (unlike the gym) so its a bit easier to see if someone is attached.

I plan to stop by again tonight. Its not too far from my home.

I dont know if most cities even have dog parks, but I dont recall ever seeing it mentioned as a place to meet singles.

I need to take my girls to the dog park this weekend... but it's far too hot where I am. But you're right - it's a great place to meet people. And even if you're shy and introverted - you can almost count on your pooch 'making friends' with another dog who came with someone you might find attractive!

They say that walking your dog or young children is a great way to meeting people / starting conversation. So I can see where the dog park would be a good place to meet someone.

My daughter says hi to everyone that walks by. I swear all the girls look at me funny and probly think I've trained her to hit on them for me.

And took her to IHOP last night for pancakes and there were 3 girls playing with Anna, and one blatantly hitting on me. But.. well, she didn't meet a key minimum requirement

I go to the dog park on a regular basis.

At the large dog section are married, attached or older women.

At the small dog section are the single, hot looking women.

I have a large dog.

@night
See, my walking with my toddlers generates a lot of attention for my daughter, very little for me. I might just be too busy chasing/entertaining babies to notice...
