I have missed you and your succint wisdom.
Ha! Thanks, Red, right back at you! It's been awhile. I needed a break. I felt like I was logging-on too much, and I had decided to concentrate on my other interests.

Where did Lizziepooh go? How about Moeksophie? Where's Scarlet? Does Jayjay still log on?

Even though I'm wounded that you didn't include me...I will welcome you back as well

It's annoying! If you just stop responding, the other person doesn't know if it is because you suddenly went away, got super busy, starting to see someone else, or just not interested in you (nothing to do with being busy). I know that it all comes down to the same thing..."they just aren't into you." No one is ever really "too busy" to respond to someone, but in the same sense sometimes life just gets in the way. No reason to leave the other person wondering what happened. It's annoying and rude! Make up an excuse if you want. But don't leave them guessing. Be clear about ending communication (whatever the reason is).

Ingy, I'm sorry. You see, I had already known that you were still here. I read some of your posts. I am, of course, quite glad to see that you're still here. I've always respected your thoughtful prose, even if I haven't always been in agreement.

Now I feel badly. I was on eharmony years ago when you could select a reason for closing. I just closed a match I wasn't interested in without communicating.
I just had someone poof on me after emailing back & forth for a few weeks because he was out of town. It's like a band-aid, just rip it off & tell me so I don't keep wondering!
I really appreciate these boards, everyone seems to be dealing with things in a healthy, positive way, or at least trying to do so!
